Birth doula services include:
- Two prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, preferences and any concerns
- Education on labor stages and comfort techniques
- Unlimited phone, text and email support from 38 weeks until birth
- Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth
- Comfort techniques, breathing, positioning
- encouragement and support
- postpartum support for up to two hours
- help with breastfeeding and bonding
- one postpartum visit if requested around 2 weeks.

Placental Encapsulation - Add On
I follow a safe and sanitary process to prepare and encapsulate your placenta.
- Pickup - I retrieve your placenta.
- Preparation - The placenta is cleaned, dehydrated and ground into powder.
- Encapsulation - The powder is placed into vegetarian capsules for easy consumption.
- Delivery - Your capsules are delivered within 72 hours.
